William F. Burnett

BURNETT Mr. William F. Burnett, age 91, passed away Monday, December 13, 2010. Bill had served his country proudly with the US Coast Guard aboard the USS Escanaba, as well as serving with the US Navy, and the US Army. He was born January 1, 1919 to Frank and Mable (McFadden) Burnett and was preceded in death by his wife, Pauline, and his daughter, Mary Ledford. Surviving are his grandsons, Paul (Tammy) Ledford, and Gabriel (Bonnie) Ledford; great grandchildren, Jordan, Noah, Ashley, Ethan, Jolie, Samuel, Ciara; brother, Les Burnett; and son-in-law, Alan Ledford.

Funeral services will be held Thursday, 11 AM at the Cook Memorial Chapel (east building), 4235 Prairie SW, Grandville. Relatives and friends may meet his family Wednesday from 6-8 PM at the Cook Funeral Home (west building).
