

Cecil is survived by his wife, Frankie Jean, children, Adrianna Couch, Susan Zimmerman, step-children, Frankie Burget and Charles Sieloff, and two sisters, Roberta Park and Vera Mae Shoup. He is preceded in death by his parents, William and Flora Mae Couch and son, Cecil Ray Couch.
Cecil was born on July 30, 1934 in Sweetwater, TX. He graduated from Texas Tech, Lubbock, TX in 1958 with a degree in Civil Engineering. Over the years he worked for Sunoco Oil, then owned CW Couch Engineering. He subsequently worked for Parkland Hospital, Lockheed and did freelance engineering.
His wife, Frankie Jean will always remember him as a loving, thoughtful intelligent husband and friend. His children and step-children considered him a loving supportive father.
A viewing is scheduled for Saturday, May 27, 2017, from noon to 2 PM at J E Foust & Son Funeral Home, 523 S Main St, Grapevine, TX 76051, (817) 481-2525 followed by the funeral.
Immediately following the funeral he will be interred with a graveside service at Restland Memorial Park, 13005 Greenville Ave, Dallas, TX 75243. Anyone not able to attend the funeral, is welcome to join the family and attendees at the internment.
A reception to follow will be held at the home of Frankie Jean Couch located at 1612 Summer Place Circle, Irving, TX 75062. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Cecil's life.
