Seymour E. Klein

Seymour (Steven) E. Klein, born January 24, 1925 passed away peacefully in his sleep November 5, 2015. He was a devoted husband for 61 years to Felice Klein who predeceased him in March. A loving father to Lisa (Howard, deceased) and Michael., beloved brother of Burt and Joan, Bernie and Phyllis. His grandchildren, Melanie (Lucie), Owen, Gabrie and Zachary were his constant joy in life. Steve was a decorated war hero who fought in WWII. A self-made man who built his insurance firm from the ground up. His passion for politics lead him to be a delegate to the Democratic National Convention in Chicago. His compassion and generosity made him a role model to all that knew him.

Funeral services to be held Tuesday, November 10, at 10am at Riverside Nassau North Chapels,55 North Station Plaza (Opposite LIRR), Great Neck, New York. Interment to follow at New Montefiore Cemetery, Pinelawn, New York. Donations may be made in his memory to the Port Washington Library Foundation.
