Amanda grew in LaSalle and attended Weld Opportunity High School, in Greeley. Following graduation, she moved to California and Iowa, but she returned to her roots here in Colorado. Amanda met Jeremiah "Frog" Beman, at a friend's house 20 years ago, and they built a life together. They had two beautiful daughters, Liliana and Juliet, and they were Amanda's whole world. Even though she earned a certificate in medical coding, she was most proud of being Liliana and Juliet's mom.
Amanda had a variety of interests, and enjoyed reading, cooking, and especially watching horror movies. She loved being outdoors and was a great gardener. Amanda had a very kind heart and would help anyone who needed it. She also loved taking care of animals. She was an avid Broncos and Tupac fan.
Amanda is survived by her husband, Frog Beman; mother, Pamela Barden; daughters, Liliana and Juliet Beman; sisters, Jessica and Tiffany; and cousin, Kyle Rupe (Mechelle Shepherd) and their children, Kaytlyn and Karsyn.
She was preceded in death by her father, Roger Barden; grandma, Carol Kepler, aunt, Tammy McIvor; and cousin, Christopher Rupe.
Amanda was loved by many and will be missed by all who knew her.
A celebration of Amanda's life is being planned and will be announced at a later date.
