Angel Reyes

After graduating from high school, Angel enlisted in the United States Marine Corp in July 2016. He was active duty for four years, and then served another four years in the reserves. He and his brother, Carlos, went to trade school in New York City, and Angel became an HVAC technician, which is what he was doing at the time of his passing.

Angel was a leader and motivated to help others. When he put his mind to something, he always followed through with it. He loved his family, and would do anything for them.

Angel will be missed by those who knew him and loved him. He leaves behind his parents, Vidal and Guadalupe Reyes; brothers, Luis Lopez, Carlos Reyes, and Adam Ballard; girlfriend, Brooke Marckesano; aunt, Silvia Sanchez; uncle, Carlos Reyes; and a large extended family.

Angel will be laid to rest at the Orange County Veteran's Cemetery in Goshen, New York. Services will be entrusted to the Applebee McPhillips Funeral Home in Middletown, New York.
