Anthony ""AJ Baird

A.J. was born in Fort Collins, CO where he spent the majority of his life. A.J. was an amazing athlete playing basketball, football and wrestling, but his passion was soccer. He played competitively with Arsenal, being team captain through most of his years. His talents did not stop with sports. He was a gifted writer, musician, and artist. A.J. was interested in anything he could learn about. He would go read and explore all things. Through these gifts is where A.J. could express his authentic self.

A.J. is survived by his loving parents; Terry and Michelle Tanner; 5 siblings, Eric (Shanice) Bergstrand, Brianna Bergstrand, Tevin Tanner, Paris Tanner, and Diondre Tanner; grandparents, Bill and Marilyn Baird and Andrew Tanner. He also leaves behind an abundance of aunts, uncles and cousins who love him dearly.

He is preceded in death by his grandma Buckendorf, grandma Baird, and grandma Tanner.

Memorial services will be held 11:00am Saturday, January 21, 2017 from the chapel of Allnutt Funeral Service, 650 W Drake Road, Fort Collins, CO 80526.

A reception and celebration of life will immediately follow the services in the Allnutt Reception Center.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to SummitStone Mental Health or 3 Hopeful Hearts.

A.J. will be greatly missed and loved dearly.
