She married Robert Edward Pitts on September 11, 1954 at Ashbury Methodist Church in North Denver. Betty moved to Greeley in 1964 with her family.
Betty loved to shop and to dress up. She spent most of her life traveling with her husband and caring for her children. She was a very loving wife and mother.
She is survived by her husband, Robert “Bob”; daughter, Deborah Stevens; son, Bobby Pitts; three grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
