He married Fern Flint on October 3, 1945 and they had two children. Cecil served in the United States Navy from 1944-1946. After his time in the Navy, Cecil worked at an auto body repair shop and later worked for and retired from State Farm Insurance as a Claims Estimator.
Cecil is survived by his wife, Fern and daughter, Kathryn (John) Wheelock.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Gary Wright, three brothers and three sisters.
Services will be held at a later date.
