Cruz Vega de Padilla

Cruz was a devoted Catholic and a homemaker. She loved spending time with her family and caring for her 4 grandkids. Cruz also loved gardening, caring for her birds, cooking, and baking.

Cruz is survived by her husband, Paulo Padilla Carreon of Greeley, her daughter, Fabiola Padilla-Vega of Greeley, two sons, Fabian Padilla-Vega and wife Yesenia Padilla of Greeley, and Uriel Padilla-Vega and wife Dayana Bautista of Greeley, her mother, Amada Moralez of Aldama, Chihuahua, Mexico, her sister, Dora Vega Morales and husband Santos Martinez of Greeley, five brothers, Jorge Vega Moralez and wife Karley Vega Moralez of Aldama, Chihuahua, Mexico, Julio Vega Moralez and wife Lourdes Vega Moralez of Greeley, Sergio Vega Moralez of Aldama, Chihuahua, Mexico, Monico Vega Moralez and wife Edith Vega Moralez of Greeley, and Jesus Vega Moralez and wife Maribel Vega of Greeley.

She was preceded in death by her father, Asuncion Vega, and her sister, Maria Vega Moralez.

A visitation will be from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 17, 2019 and from 4:00-10:00 p.m. Thursday, July 18, 2019 with a Recitation of The Rosary at 7:00 p.m. all at Stoddard Funeral Home. A Liturgical Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 19, 2019 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church, 1311 3rd St, Greeley. Interment at Linn Grove Cemetery.
