Diana Baros, 86, of Evans, passed away, September 14, 2015 at Hospice of Northern Colorado. Diana was born September 29, 1928 in Concho, Arizona to David and Carolina (Montona) Jaramillo. She grew up in New Mexico, moved to Colorado in 1943 and then to Greeley in 1961. She married Joe Baros on September 12, 1945 in Raton, New Mexico.
Diana enjoyed Broncos, Rockies, crocheting, playing cards and time spent with her family.
Diana is survived by three daughters Irene Carbajal; Barbara Hernandez and Gloria Loya (Isidro); two sons Joe Baros Jr. (Donna) and Phillip Baros (Rhonda); one sister Bertha Estrada; 9 grandchildren; 15 great grandchildren; 14 great-great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Joe, infant son Samuel; one brother; one sister; great grandson and great-great grandson.
Visitation will be held from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, September 16, 2015 with Recitation of the Rosary at 6:30 p.m. both at Stoddard Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, September 17, 2015 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
