Diane Geraldine Wolfe

Diane Geraldine Wolfe, 72, of Greeley, CO, passed away Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at UCHealth Greeley Hospital. Diane was born to Edward and Geraldine Germain (Hoffman) Wolfe on July 2, 1950 at Weld County Osteopath Hospital.

Ms. Wolfe played softball for Law Equipment Women's Fastpitch team. They placed second at the 1978 Nationals Softball Tournament in Allenton, PA and second at the 1979 Sports Festival in Colorado Springs. Over her softball career Diane received many All-Star trophies for 1st and 2nd baseperson.

Ms. Wolfe worked 10 years at the University of Northern Colorado Center for Spec and Advanced Programs and 20 years at the City of Greeley. She left the City of Greeley in October 2002 to care of her ailing father. Diane was at her best when she was taking care of people she cared about. She enjoyed sports, especially football and the Broncos, gardening and crafts.

Diane is survived by a large extended family and wonderful group of friends who will miss her positivity, sense of humor, and strong will.
