L knew Gene at U of  Wyo.  in Laramie in  '46-'47.  Wonderful guy, loved riding the horses.  Encouraged me to quit smoking!  I've thought of him many times over the past years.  You had a good father.  June Morris Whities from California.

      I  am  so  very  sorry  hearing  of your  great  lost. Your  loss  has  inspired  me  to  contact  other  people  who  were  important  in  my  life  as Eugene  was.. I didn't  really  realize  it  until  now  as i looked  back  on the  time  i work  under  him at the  brand  office.  He always  made  me feel  like  family, now he's  telling  me  it's  not  to  late  to  call  a  long  time  friend  before  it's  too  late..Bye

Dear Charlene, Candis, Tammy and entire Replogle family,

How sad that we have lost yet another of the amazing people in Weld County. Gene was such a blessing to so many and you should be so proud that he was such an honorable, loving and devoted presence in your family. May God keep His arms around you in this difficult time.

I have so many great memories of ""Harv"".  Some of my personal favorites are from when I worked with him at Mile High Kennel Club.
We had so much fun every night and I remember that so many of the ""regulars"" loved to come to the stand just to talk to Rep.
He taught me how to make the best corned beef sandwich of all time.
He taught me how to open two cans of beer and pour them both at the same time into cups!  He taught me that once in a while a mistake got made with the beer cans and that we were obliged to drink the mistakes later.
I remember how the night Tammy was born he cried just like a baby---he was a softie, for sure.
Best job I ever had and best boss ever!
Just thinking about him brings a smile to my face.

Growing up with Tam I will always remember Gene's huge smile, big voice and how onery he could be all in fun and to get a laugh. I will never forget you  Gene RIP. Today I pray for all of the family that he loved so dearly.
