Fabian is survived by girlfriend, Mayra Rodriguez; daughters, Kamila Acosta, Dennae Romero and Cecilia Romero; brothers, Chris (Kelly) Perez and Andres Acosta; sister, Bersave Acosta and nieces and nephews, Alexis Perez, Melena Perez, Christian Perez and Jhaciel Acosta.
Visitation will be 5:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 8, 2017 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Thursday, February 9, 2017 at Trinity Spanish Assembly of God, 601 21st Avenue, Greeley. Interment Linn Grove Cemetery.
