Guadalupe Villalobos Buganda

Guadalupe Villalobos Buganda, 74, of Greeley, died Saturday, September 7, 2013 at North Colorado Medical Center. Guadalupe was born on December 27, 1938 in La Lajita, Chihuahua, Mexico to Anastacio Villalobos and Eva Buganda.

Guadalupe married Enrique Villalobos Sanchez on January 13, 1956 in Mexico. She was very caring and helpful to her neighbors. She took others problems as her own. She loved nature, especially plants and flowers. Guadalupe was very proud of her family. She enjoyed spending time with them and felt it was important to keep the family united. She was full of love and had a strong faith.

Guadalupe is survived by her husband, Enrique of Greeley; three daughters, Beatriz Villalobos and Luz Elena (Normando) Martinez all of Chihuahua and Velia (Gabriel) Medina of Greeley; six sons, Otoniel (Alma) Villalobos of Greeley, Noel (Norma) Villalobos of Chihuahua, Onelio (Guadalupe) Villalobos, Elio Graciela Villalobos and Enrique (Alicia) Villalobos all of Greeley and Leonel (Veronica) Villalobos of Chihuahua; one sister; one brother; 28 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents and seven siblings.

Visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2013 with the Recitation of the Rosary beginning at 4:00 p.m. at Stoddard Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. Friday, September 13, 2013 at Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church. Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens.
