Jack Barth

John “Jack” Barth, 56 of Greeley, passed away at North Colorado Medical Center on July 5, 2017. Jack was born June 19, 1961 in Denver, CO, to Doris (Bohte) and John Barth Sr. He married Alisa Lapp on July 15, 1989 in Northglenn, CO.

Jack traveled but found his forever in Colorado. He has worked as a Journeyman auto glass specialist for over 30 years. “He was the best Glassman we have ever known”. Jack also served in the U.S. Army.

Jack enjoyed drag racing with Cutshaw Motor Sports, old western movies with Tombstone being his favorite movie and spending time with his granddaughters. He loved to spend time with his family, loved to hear his children sing and he was the life of the party.

He is survived by his wife, Alisa Barth; mother Doris Bohte; son Dustin David Barth; daughters Jacquelyn LoRee Barth and Rachel Lynn Barth who loved him with every ounce of their being.; brothers Chris, Mike, Joe and Bill Barth; sister Laurie Fleming; and grandchildren, Addison Grace Marie Kullberg and Emerald LoRae Mayfield.

He was preceded in death by his grandson, Zolton Lee Mayfield.

Services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Tuesday, July 11, 2017 at Linn Grove Cemetery.
