Jim graduated from Timnath High School in 1959. He served in the U.S. Air Force from 1961-1965. Jim and Sherry were married for 53 years.
Jim worked for Great Western Sugar Beet Company for 20 years. He retired from Agland where he worked as Mill Wright.
Jim enjoyed visiting the mountains, fishing and camping.
Jim is survived by his wife, Sherry; daughter, Kim (Glenn) Boyer; son, Brett Klein, sisters, Shirley Rowe and Mary Allmer and grandchildren, Robby, David, Bryce, Meghan and Jacob.
He was preceded in death by his parents and brother, Milton Reifschneider.
Private family services will be held. Interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
