Joan Quinby Stevens

She was preceded in death in 2008 by her husband, Alexander (Steve) Stevens.

Survived by her five children, Nancy (James) Reeves, Carol (James) Soeth, Linda (James) Quaratino, Richard Stevens, and Barbara Buchholz; and by 12 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren. Also survived by her devoted sister, Lois Peter.

In 1941 Joan and Steve married, and in the ensuing years provided a warm and loving home for their family at various locales around the country - New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Louisiana, Michigan, Washington, and Colorado. Joan loved to entertain friends and family and enjoyed traveling with her husband in their retirement years. Joan also belonged to numerous bridge and social groups. She will be sorely missed.

Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, August 26, 2015 followed by Catholic Mass at 11:30 a.m. both at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Greeley. Inurnment will follow at 2:00 p.m. at Grandview Cemetery, Fort Collins, Colorado.
