

Leonard “Paul” Fromer, Jr., 89, of Longmont passed away on March 9, 2014. Paul was born on July 14, 1924 in Tannersville, NY to Leonard Paul and Adelaide (Molter) Fromer, Sr. He attended Hunter Tannersville Central School and served in the U.S. Navy during World War II. Paul married Jean Allison Deming on December 29, 1946 in Kingston, NY.
Paul was an Industrial Engineer for the U.S. Government at Lakehurst Naval Air Station from where he retired. He was a member of the Wesley Methodist Church in South Plainfield, NJ. Paul loved to golf, enjoyed bowling and loved trains. He also enjoyed going antiquing with his wife, Jean
Paul is survived by his son Leonard Paul (Lois) Fromer, III of East Brunswick, NJ; daughter Claudia (John Schott) Cook of Boulder; Grandchildren Clayton (Selina Coulter) Cook of Loveland, Matthew (Jaqui) Fromer of Tamarac, FL; great grandchildren Drew Cook and Kylie Cook both of Loveland and Caleb Fromer of Tamarac, FL. He is preceded in death by his parents; wife Jean; and brothers Jack and Fred Fromer.
