Lilly Hernandez, 53, of La Salle, died Wednesday, October 30, 2013 at Medical Center of the Rockies, Loveland. Lilly was born on September 25, 1960 in Elk City, Oklahoma to Raul and Pearl (Battelo) Hernandez.
Lilly was raised in Greeley and attended schools in Greeley and Gilcrest. She was a truck and forklift driver all her life.
Lilly was a loving daughter, sister and aunt. She loved being outdoors and riding her motorcycle. She enjoyed music and being around children who brightened her life. Lilly will be greatly missed.
Lilly is survived by her mother, Pearl Hernandez; three sisters, Esther (Steve) Vigil, Martha Hernandez and Margaret Hernandez; three brothers, Mario (Sylvia) Hernandez, Ted (Crystal) Hernandez and Freddy Hernandez and many nieces and nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father, Raul Hernandez.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 p.m. Sunday, November 3, 2013 at Stoddard Funeral Home i3205 W. 28th Street Greeley, Colorado. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Monday, November 4, 2013 at the Primera Iglesia Bautista 1200 3rd Ave. Greeley, Colorado, followed by interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens 3400 W. 28th Street Greeley, Colorado.
