Linda Christine Theno

Linda Christine Theno (Griego), our precious wife, mother, daughter and sister, passed away quietly in her home on Friday, March 5, 2021, with her husband and children by her side. She devoted her life to her husband and soulmate of 20 years, Jimmy Theno, and her 2 daughters, Maggie and Mya. She was an amazing, beautiful girl from the word go.

Linda loved to snowboard, read Louie L’Amour, and she read her grandfather’s entire collection more than once. She had a very diverse gallery of music ranging from Patsy Cline to Widespread Panic. Together, with their children, Linda and Jimmy lived a life full of love, laughter, and happiness, often going to the mountains to camp, fish or go horseback riding.

Linda was loved by all who knew and met her. While in the care of NCMC hospital staff, it was commented on more than once how much she loved to smile. She had a beautiful smile that never faded even to the end. She never stopped smiling, never complained and, most importantly, never gave up on her relationship with the Lord.

Linda is survived by her husband Jimmy Theno; daughters Maggie and Mya Theno; mother Annie (Griego) and dad Paul Salazar; sisters Nadine Cook (Griego), and April Griego, father and mother-in-law Robert and Lynda Theno; and many more extended family and friends that loved her and will miss her very much
