Lisa Michelle Prevost Goodwin

Lisa Michelle Prevost Goodwin, 40, passed away on June 19, 2014. Lisa was born on November 19, 1973, in Fort Collins to Guy and Kathy (Fraser) Prevost. She grew up in Loveland and graduated from Loveland High School in 1992. Lisa earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Colorado School of Nursing with honors. She was married to Curtis Nottberg of Loveland in 1994 and together they had two children, Katie and Kevin. They were later divorced. She married Tom Goodwin in 2004 and they later moved to Fort Collins.

Lisa loved spending time with her family and her dog Denali. She was very creative and enjoyed quilting, crafts, scrapbooking, and the outdoors. She played tennis in her younger years and more recently enjoyed watching her daughter Katie play. Lisa, a former Loveland High School band member, loved watching both Katie and Kevin perform with the Loveland High School Marching Band. Lisa was a member of First United Methodist Church in Loveland.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Tom Goodwin; parents, Guy and Kathy Prevost; daughter Katie Nottberg; son Kevin Nottberg; brothers Scott (Kathy) Prevost of Windsor and Jeff Prevost of Loveland; grandmother Shirley Fraser of Webster, New York; step-son Cody Goodwin; and her nephews Brendan, Jacob and Joshua Prevost and Jesse and Jeremiah Clymer. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 pm on Friday, June 27, 2014, at First United Methodist Church in Loveland. Memorial contributions in Lisa’s honor can be made to the Loveland High School Band Boosters in care of Allnutt Funeral Service.
