
Marjorie Reeves, 80, of Greeley, passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016 at Medical Center of the Rockies in Loveland. She was born on December 24, 1935 in Stevenage, England to Frank and Gladys (Froy) Dilley.
Marjorie met her husband, Harry, in Stevenage while he was serving as Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean Conflict. She moved to Pierce, Colorado in 1954, where she and Harry married and began their family. They eventually settled in Greeley.
Marjorie was a homemaker and co-owner of Reeves Electric, the original Pro Glass and Party Time Delicatessen.
Marjorie was a former member of Eastern Star. She enjoyed fishing with her sons, knitting, reading, cooking and playing bingo. She loved her kids, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She also enjoyed her time living among great friends at the Broadview Apartments and spending time with her sister, Janet. She was a people person and got along with everyone. She was fun loving and always made everyone laugh. She had a sparkle in her eye.
Marjorie is survived by her daughter, Kristi Ann Reeves of Evans; sons, Todd Alan (Diana) Reeves of Livermore, Terry Lee (Teresa) Reeves of Laporte and Robin Jay (Lisa) Reeves of Greeley; sisters, Janet, Marion and Joyce; brothers, Jack, Derek and Brian; ten grandchildren and numerous great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
Visitation will be from 5:00-8:00 p.m. Monday, September 12, 2016 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Funeral service will be at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 13, 2016 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens.
