Martha moved to Southern California in 1990. She had been in Greeley for the past four years.
Martha is survived by her children, Mirian Velasquez, Yesica Velasquez, Juan Velasquez and Alexa Velasquez.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a daughter, Christina.
Funeral service at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, December 4, 2013 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment Sunset Memorial Gardens.
