Mary Lois Aspinwall

Mary Lois Aspinwall, age 95, of Greeley, was born August 1, 1928 to Henry C. and Lois M. Sandusky in Greeley. She passed away January 13, 2024, at the Life Care Center of Greeley. Mary Lois graduated from Greeley High School and attended Colorado A & M (Now CSU).

She married her high school sweetheart, Herbert T. Aspinwall, Jr. on August 27, 1950.

Mary Lois was a member of Trinity Episcopal Church. She served on the board of Elder Garden. She was a gifted seamstress and the family's handywoman.

She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Mary Lois is survived by her daughters, Mary Ann (Ron) Begley, of Limon, Colorado; and Amy L (Bill) Bennett of Arvada, Colorado; several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, siblings and husband, she was preceded in her death by her son, Paul; and daughter-in-law, Pam Aspinwall; grandson, Patrick Begley; and great-granddaughter Sparrow Frasier.

Services will be held at 10:30 a.m., Saturday May 4, 2024 at the Trinity Episcopal Church with a reception to follow in the Church Fellowship Hall. Interment will be held at Linn Grove Cemetery at a later date.
