

Michael graduated from Emporia High School in 1964. He received a BS Degree in Business and a MS Degree in Counseling from Emporia State University (formerly Emporia State Teacher’s College). He also received a Vocational Education Degree from Colorado State University in 1975.
Michael married Sonia Margolin on August 11, 1974 in Denver, Colorado and they later divorced.
Michael was employed as a counselor and student advisor at Vo-Tech/Front Range Community College in Fort Collins, Colorado from 1975 – 2000.
Michael enjoyed playing slow pitch competitive softball for decades. He also spent time playing golf and volunteered at Collindale Golf Course. He was an avid CSU sports fan and held season tickets to football and men’s basketball for nearly 40 years. He also enjoyed cheering on his son and grandsons in various sporting events.
Michael is survived by his former wife, Sonia Margolin ImMasche of Fort Collins, CO; son, Elias Kyle “Eli” ImMasche of Fort Collins, CO.; sisters, Ann Eversole and her daughter Elizabeth, both of Lawrence, Kansas; grandchildren, Zachary Whitmore, Blaine Lame, Tre Lame and Colton Lame of Greeley, Colorado.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Vic and Berniece ImMasche.
A Celebration Of Life Service will be held at a later date in the Spring.
