Michael L Nace, a resident of Greeley, Colorado, passed away on October 2, 2025, at the age of 74. Born on June 20, 1951, in Missouri, Mike was a hard-working, generous, faithful, and loyal individual whose life was characterized by dedication to his family and community.
Mike’s early life demonstrated his commitment to family, as he started working while in high school to help support them. His first job at Speedy’s, marked the beginning of a long and dedicated career. For 41 years, Mike worked at Safeway grocery stores, where he rose to the position of store manager. His career there was a testament to his hard-working nature and dedication.
An avid outdoorsman, Mike loved hunting, fishing, and camping in the mountains of Colorado.
Mike is survived by his wife, Susan; his daughters, Heidi (Ryan) and Mindy (Jason); and his grandchildren, Ashlynn, Daelyn, Terrel, Kordell, and Ryann. He is also survived by his siblings, Kris, Edie, John, Sandy, and Betty. He was preceded in death by his sister Bertie, and his parents, Kenneth and Delores.
Mike will be remembered for his hard work, generosity, faithfulness, and loyalty, leaving a lasting legacy for his family and friends.
