Nate, I wish I would have made more effort to stay in touch. I remember visiting you a couple of times in Colorado. You made me feel welcome even though we didn't see each other often.

Thank-you for sharing your wonderful sons, Nate and Jarrod with me, over the years.   I know that Nate's situation has been difficult and complicated for a very long time.   My fondest memory is on Halloween 7 or 8 years ago, at Cactus Canyon.   I gave Nate the "Betty Cocker" apron and he had so much fun, flirting with the ladies that night.   We went to a Nuggets game once, which also makes me smile.  I know that Nate is now at peace.  May your heart be mended by the love of family and friends and by  the pleasent memories of Nate.

I am so sorry for your loss.  Nate was a big part of my life growing up.  I look back on all the crazy & fun times we had & it always brings a smile to my face.  I have so many memories & he will never be forgotten.

My surrogate son, RIP. I will miss you terribly, but I know that I will meet up with you again. This isn't goodbye, it's "See ya". Such a wonderful person, kind and a heart as big as they come. I have been so proud and honored to be your 2nd Mom. Nate will truly be missed, but I know in my heart that he has moved on to a peaceful place and his presence will be felt here on earth forever.
