Paula Ann Duran

She was born to Joe and Theodora Gonzales, August 17, 1949 in Greeley.

She worked for Weld County School District 6 in the Nutrition Department. She loved to listen to music, crochet, read and spend time with her grandchildren.

On August 29, 1966, she married Leroy Duran. They shared 56 years of marriage together.

Paula is survived by her husband, Leroy; her son, Leroy Jr. and January Hawk Duran; daughters, Angela (Joe) Ramirez and Stella Duran; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; five brothers, Felipe (Maria) Gonzales, Frank Gonzales, Richard Gonzales, Phillip (Laura) Gonzales and Luciano (Yvonne) Gonzales; two sisters, Janie (Eliberto) Gonzales and Guadalupe (Miguel) Sirio and numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Albert Carrillo, George Sanchez, Joe Gonzales and Nicholas Gonzales and sister, Linda Gonzales.

A visitation will be from 4:00-7:00 p.m. Thursday, May 27, 2021 with Recitation of the Rosary at 6:00 p.m. both at Stoddard Funeral Home. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 9:30 a.m. Friday, May 28, 2021 at St. Peter’s Catholic Church.
