Rheta L. Stugart, 89 of Greeley, passed away at Bonell Good Samaritan of Greeley on October 18, 2016, joining her beloved Ruben who passed on May 21, 1991. Rheta was born March 24, 1927 in Burlington, KS, to Daniel E. and Alice Louise (Ford) Hummel.
Rheta has been a lifelong Colorado resident. She graduated high school in Loveland, CO and has lived the last eight years in Greeley. She loved to go honky tonkin’, enjoyed crocheting, animals and loved spending time with friends and family, especially her children and grandchildren. Rheta was a member of the Lutheran church.
She is survived by her sons, Ruben James Stugart, Glenn Allen Stugart and Raymond Lee Stugart; sister Mitzy Blore; and her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Ruben Stugart; and second husband Marvin Bonham.
Visitation will be held from 1-2:00 P.M. with services to follow at 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, October 26, 2016 at the Allnutt Macy Chapel. Interment at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
