Robert Eugene Bullard, 84, of Greeley, passed away at Hospice of Northern Colorado on May 29, 2014. Robert was born November 25, 1929 in Denver, CO to Edwin Robert and Helen Leota (Randall) Bullard. He married Betty Lee Munger on September 2, 1950 in Taos, NM.

Robert attended grades 1-7th at the Friendship school (a country school) and 8-12th grades at Hudson, CO. He was a member of James Memorial United Methodist Church in Hudson and an associate member of Evans United Methodist Church.

Robert was a volunteer fireman for 20 years with the Hudson Volunteer Fire Department and 13 years more as a board member of the Fire Department. He was also a member of the Farmers Gun Club and the NRA.

Robert loved raising his cattle and horses. He enjoyed hunting and fishing and his family was very special to him. He loved a good joke and being around people especially his coffee time buddies.

Robert is survived by his wife Betty Bullard, Greeley, CO; Children, Richard L. Bullard, Santa Rosa Beach, FL, Charles R. Bullard, Lafayette, CO, and Kathleen K. Bullard-Chalk, Loveland, CO; sister, Verna (Bullard) Marshall, Phoenix, AZ; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and his wonderful Uncles and Aunts.

Services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2014, at the Allnutt Macy Chapel with a reception to be held in the Allnutt Reception Center. A private family interment will be held at Linn Grove Cemetery.
