Rosa Hilario Rios

Rosa Hilario Rios was a caring wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She left this world and went on to be with the Lord on Wednesday, May 31, 2023 at the age of 85. She was born to Enrique and Maria de Jesus Hilario on March 3rd, 1938.

She met and married her husband Silverio Rios in Ohio; they were married for over 50 years. Together they had 5 children; Alberto, Angelita, Rosa Maria, Sylvia and Alicia. Rosa worked at Bonell Good Samaritan Center in Greeley, Colorado for 30 years. She was a member of Iglesia Siloe in Greeley. She loved cooking, crocheting, playing board games, going to church and spending time with her family.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Silverio Rios, sister, Refugia Hernandez, brother, Enrique Hilario JR, son, Alberto Rios, grandsons, Isaias Rodriguez and Rodolfo Hernandez.

She is survived by her three sisters, Virginia Rivera, Maria Becerra, Lupe Negrete, brother, Johnny Hilario, four daughters, Angelita Roel, Rosa Maria Rodriguez, Sylvia Hernandez, Alicia Trevino, 19 grandchildren and several great grandchildren. She will be greatly missed.

A Visitation will be held from 4:00-8:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 7, 2023 at Stoddard Funeral Home, 3205 West 28th Street, Greeley. Memorial Service will be at 11:00 a.m. Thursday, June 8, 2023 at Stoddard Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens. Guests are invited to a reception following the interment at Victory Outreach, 2626 11th Ave. B, Greeley.
