Rosella Ann Anderson

Rosella Ann Kerwood Anderson born December 17, 1934 went home to be with her Lord and Savior, Jesus, on Sunday, October 26, 2014. Rose, as most people knew her, was born and in Fort Collins, Colorado where she has resided most of her life. She has also lived in California and Nevada. Her family has been in Fort Collins since the late 1800’s. Her senior year of High School she had to move to Walden where her father was called to work during World War II. The Fort Collins High School class of 1952 has always included her as part of their class. Growing up she enjoyed music, playing the Accordion and singing. Her employment consisted of working for the State of Nevada and Financial Assistant to the Comptroller of Environmental Research Company located in Fort Collins.

Her favorite past times were spending time with family, researching and documenting family history and crocheting. She has left a legacy of love for her beloved daughters and family for generations to come.

Rosella was predeceased by her parents, Lloyd and Ada Kerwood, her daughter, Sharon Yvonne Anderson, and her son, Randy Lee Anderson. Surviving are her brother, Ivan Kerwood (Vicki) and two daughters, Beverly Jones (Brad) and Brenda Delaney (Scott). She is Grandma to Kyle Anderson, Zachary Jones (Crystal) Jacob Jones (Jennifer), Lucas Jones (Bobbi), and Kimberly, Allison (Jennifer) and Erin Delaney. She is Great Grandma to Bradley and Hunter Jones, Caiden Mimbs, Cole Jones, and Scott Lee. Rosella also leaves behind many nephews, nieces and cousins who mean the world to her.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 am, Thursday, October 30, 2014 at Grandview Cemetery located at 1900 West Mountain Avenue, Fort Collins, Colorado. A reception for family and friends will be at the home of Rosella Anderson, and Beverly and Brad Jones, 2000 Derby Court, Fort Collins, Colorado from 1:00 to 3:00 pm.
