Thelma was born in Calcutta, India on January 24. 1925. Thelma has lived in Pakistan, Egypt and Germany. She met her husband, Richard, while in Germany. From Germany, Richard and Thelma moved to New York and then to Colorado.
Thelma loved the Denver Broncos, bingo and knitting. She was also a wonderful cook, making German and Curry dishes.
Thelma is preceded in death by: daughter, Betty; and son, George.
Thelma is survived by: her husband Richard of 53 years; sons, Kenneth (Bibian) Gomes and Keith (Liz) Walters; daughter n law, Shannon Gomes Andrews; numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren who all loved her dearly.
Visitation will be held from 6:00pm until 8:00pm on Friday, May 18, 2018 at Allnutt Funeral Service, Fort Collins.
Funeral Service will be held at 2:00pm on Saturday, May 19, 2018 at Allnutt Funeral Service, Fort Collins.
She will be loved and missed by all her family and friends. In her own words, “If it’s God’s Will” and “Whatever will be, will be”.
