Russell L Varos, 56, died on December 26, 2020 at home with his family by his side. Russell was born September 25, 1964 to Mary (Garcia) Varos of Ledoux, NM and Elias Varos of Arroyo Seco, NM. Survivors include his wife Josephine Varos, daughter Vanessa Varos, two brothers: Matthew Varos and Elias Garcia; two sisters: Louise Varos and Tina Gomez; three grandchildren, one nephew, and numerous nieces. Other surviving family members include: Alfonso D Sanchez, Christina Macias, Daniel Sanchez, Loree Sanchez and Estevan Macias. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Russell lived in Colorado since 1970 and enjoyed motorcycle riding, fishing, cooking, and being with his family. He was a humble and loving man with a heart of gold who not only cared deeply for his family but he also spent many years working in healthcare assisting others. Russell loved joking around and always made people smile. He had a one-of-a-kind laugh that would touch the hearts of others. He will forever be missed and will always remain in our hearts.
