Ruth Pearl Stinson

She was one of eight children born to the late Alice Schilling and Arthur Sparks. She was preceded in death by six of her siblings and her husband Donald Stinson. Ruth will forever be remembered by her beloved children and Step children Alva Koontz, Leila Koontz, Randy Koontz, Gary Stinson, Sharon Stinson, Jeffrey Stinson, her sister Blanche Frerichs, many grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

Ruth loved the outdoors, which can be seen in the many pictures she painted, traveling, cooking, quilting, and flying. She had her pilots license and her own plane. She was a very savvy business woman and worked outside the home until retirement.

Ruth touched the lives of many people with her smile, compassion, her ability to listen, and her nurturing advice. Friends and family are invited to attend a memorial service on Monday, March 20, 2017 at 10:30 am at Allnutt Funeral home. 2100 N. Lincoln Avenue in Loveland, Colorado. Viewing will start at 9:30. There will be a graveside ceremony following the service and then a reception following at Allnutt.
