Sebastian Casas

Sebastian Casas, 71, of LaSalle, CO passed away December 23, 2017 at his residence. Sebastian was born to Seledonio and Luisa Casas in Tlaltenango, Mexico. He Married Celia Tapia on February 2, 1967 in Mexico and together, they moved to the United States, making LaSalle their home.

He was a hard worker, loved to provide for his family and dedicated 25 years to the Armadillo Restaurant in LaSalle.

Sebastian was always fixing TV’s or VCR’s and took great pride in his garden and he was never without a joke.

He is survived by his wife, Celia Casas; sons, Mario Casas, Angel (Linda) Casas, Genaro Casas, Antonio (Armida) Casas; daughters, Norma (David) Casas, Lucy (Daniel) Casas, Juanita (Jose) Casas; brother, David Casas; sisters, Rosa Casas, Lupe Casas, Olivia Casas, Elvira Casas; grandchildren, Lucy Jean and Sebastian Perea, Jordan and Jacob Roybal, Adrian A., Gustavo A., Victor A., Esmeralda, Cristal and Ruby Martinez, Monica-Alonso-Flores, Angel-Marissa, Ozzi, Izzo and Izzac Casas, Liza Rebecca, David, Ivan and Selena Bonilla, Mario Casas and Orlando Casas, Roberto A. Marisol Casas, Jasmine Casas and Diego Casas; great-grandchildren, Ivey Roybal, Angelo Arturom, Olivia Florez, Anelah Casas and Rian Casas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, sister Yolanda Casas and son, Orlando Casas.

A visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at the Allnutt Macy Chapel, with Rosary to follow. Mass of Christian burial will be at 8:00 a.m. Thursday, December 28, 2017 at Our Lady of Peace. Interment will follow the service at Linn Grove Cemetery.
