Tanya Peters, 59, of San Diego, California, formerly of Estes Park, passed away peacefully on July 2, 2014 at her home in San Diego. Tanya was born on May 12, 1955 in Estes Park, Colorado to Dwight and Virginia Adrian. Her parents precede her in death.
Tanya remained in Estes Park after graduating from Estes Park High School in 1973 and in 1983 Tanya married Gene Peters. She has three amazing children Tiffany, Todd, and Samantha.
Tanya was very involved and well known in the Estes Park community, especially with the Estes Park swim program where she dedicated much of her time volunteering for the Estes Park Otters and was a passionate USS official.
A Celebration Of Tanya’s Life will be held Saturday, September 27, 2014 at 800 Moraine Avenue Event Center in Estes Park from 1 – 4 PM.
