Terri Ann (Melby) White, 78, died on Sunday, November 2, 2025, in her beloved Greeley home, surrounded by family and friends. She was born on August 26, 1947, in Mason City, Iowa, to Philip and Angeline Melby. Terri was the eldest of three children and a proud sister to her two brothers, Bradford and Chuck.
She graduated from Mason City High School and went on to attend the Mason City School of Cosmetology, where she later served as an instructor.

With her second husband, Michael Prybylski, Terri welcomed two more children, Christopher and Anna, in 1986 and 1987. She treasured her time as a stay-at-home mom, as it was something she had always wanted. Once the kids were older, Terri proudly began working at State Farm Insurance Company, a position she held for 13 years until her retirement in 2012. While at State Farm, Terri was awarded the Pride of the Zone award in 2008.
During her 40+ years in Greeley, Terri was a proud and active member of AA, where she built deep friendships and helped others on their journeys. In July 2025, she celebrated 40 years of sobriety.
