Virgil Miller

Virgil moved to Greeley from Fort Morgan in 1961. He worked for several companies over the last 30 years, but never changed desks. The last three years he worked as the Vice President of Mercuria. On February 26, 2010 he married Kelley Betebenner. They renewed their vows in February 2016.

Virgil loved his Harley and his goal was to see how much chrome he could get on his it; there couldn’t be enough chrome! He loved the outdoors, especially hunting and camping. He enjoyed spending time with his family and cherished his grandchildren. He was always ornery and was also always the life of the party. There was never a dull moment when Virgil was around.

Virgil is survived by his wife, Kelley; daughters, Brandy (Ricky) Reinert of Littleton, Tabbatha (Marc) Johnson of Wellington and Katie Lewis of Greeley; son, Dustin Miller of Greeley; brother, Charlie (Robin) Miller of Greeley; grandchildren, Joie, Jaydin, Reganne, Kylie and Kash and niece and nephew, Tara and Chad.

Celebration of Life will be at 4:00 p.m. Friday, May 13, 2016 at Stoddard Funeral Home.
