He found fulfillment in serving others and helped renovate churches in South Dakota, Windsor, Greeley, and elsewhere in Colorado. Because of a passion to tell others about Jesus, he also served in mission trips from Australia to Basalt, Colo. Being a vocal conservative, he took joy in political discussions and looked forward to this last election. Craig was a member of Primera Iglesia Bautista in Greeley and Cornerstone Baptist in Windsor.
Craig is survived by his wife, Martha; son, Adam Lucero, wife Stacie, and granddaughter Emily; daughter, Audrey Bacon, husband Rick, and grandchildren, Leah and Levi; two brothers, Jerry and Gary; and a sister, Kathy St. Clair.
