Willard Albert Miller, 88, of Oklahoma passed away on April 28, 2026. He was born to Willard and Viola Miller on August 5, 1937. At the age of five the family made the move to Greeley, Colorado. He attended Greeley Public Schools, where he graduated from Greeley Central High School.
After High School Willard served in the United States Army. Willard was a plant manager for Kuner-Empson Co. Throughout his life, he was known for a quiet gentleness and a faithful steadiness that shaped both his work and the way he carried himself among others.
Willard first married Wilma Raw and together they welcomed two children, Bill and Wilma. After Wilma’s passing, he met Lucy (Sena) Miller. They were married on June 15, 1996, at the 1st Street Baptist Church in Fort Lupton. It was also at the 1st Street Baptist Church where Willard was baptized, devoting his life to Christ – an enduring expression of the faith that guided him. Through this marriage he gained a son, Steven Trujillo. Lucy and Willard also adopted two girls, Nora and Danielle Miller.
In his personal life, Willard found deep satisfaction in working with his hands. He loved woodworking, welding and gardening; in his older years his garden became a particular source of pride – tended with patience, care, and the quiet devotion that marked so much of his life.
Willard is survived by his wife, Lucy; sons Bill (Lynn), Steven; daughters, Wilma, Nora, Danielle; grandsons, Tyler, Jacob; granddaughter, Sarah; brother, Jim Miller; and numerous nieces and nephews.
