She was born on September 12, 1942 in Greencastle to Cyril Victor Frazier and Sarah Catherine Braden Frazier.
Alberta was a 1962 graduate of Greencastle High School, and was a member of the Greencastle Eagles Aerie #4388.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her husbands, Don W. Phillips in 2004 and Jerry B. Naylor in 2014.
Surviving are her children, Richard O. Phillips and wife Kim, Timothy R. Phillips and wife Lea Ann, John Phillips and wife Becky, Penny Gordon and husband Jack, Vicki Johnson and husband Ron, David Phillips and wife Connie, Eric Phillips and wife Barbara, and Mark Phillips and wife Carrie; three sisters, Lois McNeff and husband Ronald, Francis Sutherlin, and Sarah Hubble; several grandchildren; and a special friend, Robert Wardlow.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, February 23, 2016 from 4 to 6 P.M. at Hopkins – Rector Funeral Home. Inurnment will be private.
