Born August 30, 1945 in Greencastle, she was the daughter of John Henry and Frances J. (Butler) Higgins.
Barbara loved to spend time at the Moose Lodge playing bingo.
Barbara is survived by her Mother, a sister, Jackie Grayson and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her Father; a brother, John Henry Higgins Jr., and a sister, Judy Bruner.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, February 23, 2017 at the Forest Hill Cemetery.
Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home have been entrusted with the arrangements.
