Born June 2, 1918 in Jefferson City, TN, she was the daughter of Joseph and Minnie (Livingston) DeBorde. Frances was a graduate of Fillmore High School “Class of 1935”.
Frances had worked as a welder with the Stewart-Warner Company for several years.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Cecil O. Nichols; and siblings Blanche DeBorde, Ralph DeBorde, Ray DeBorde, and Eda Burns.
Frances is survived by her daughters, Carol Childs and husband, Mead and Rita Nichols and husband, Fred Wilbur; four grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 16, 2022 at the Bittles and Hurt Funeral Home. Entombment will follow at the Forest Hill Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 2:00 to 5:00 PM on Sunday, May 15th at the funeral home.
