Gerald was born on June 9, 1942, the son of Russell and Iva Roberts.
Mr. Roberts worked for Eagle Valley Construction for 52 years until his retirement. He lived in Indiana until 2015 when he moved to Florida. Jerry loved life and lived it to the fullest; he never knew a stranger.
Survivors include his wife Vicki; four children, Tim, Dawn, Tammy, and Troy. Nine grandchildren, Alyssa, Michael, James, Randy, Candice, Makaley, Shelbi, Emma, and Gary; five great grandchildren, two brothers, Buddy and Larry; and a sister, Roberta.
He was preceded in death by his parents; and two sisters, Roanne, and Patty.
Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, February 7, 2018, at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Clinton Falls Cemetery. Friends may call at the Funeral Home from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 6, 2018 or one hour prior to time of service on Wednesday.
