John Davis Cook

John Davis Cook, 52, passed away on February 25, 2020, at I. U. Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. John was born in Indianapolis on September 3, 1967, the son of Jack Donelson and Shirley (Kennedy) Cook, and was a graduate of Plainfield High School. Mr. Cook loved to hunt, fish and spend time with his family. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Sandy Cook; his parents; four children, Steven Todd, Jason Todd, Jordan Cook, and Jacob Cook; a brother James Cook, two sisters, Barb Weatherington, (husband-Andrew), and Carleen Nichols, (husband-Mark); twelve grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be held 1:00 p.m. Thursday, March 5, 2020, at Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home with Pastor Paul Champion officiating.
