Katheryn Olita Silver Our beloved mother and grandmother left this world for her heavenly home on September 30, 2020. She was born in Colt, Arkansas to Jesse and Virda Mae (Hodge) Algood. She is survived by her sister, Pauline Williams, Bloomington, IN; brother, Malvin Algood, FL; children Wayne Garland (Denise), NC; Kerry Garland (Martha), TN; Linda Y. Butler (Brian),Greencastle, IN; Paulette Justice Sackmann (Paul), Nashville, IN; Steve Silver (Amber), Mooresville, IN; and Susan Persinger, Clay City, IN; 12 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her daughter, Sharon Kay Silver, and her brother Clarence Algood. She is dearly loved and will be greatly missed. The family will have a private service due to COVID concerns.
