Latanya Renee Beaman

Latanya Renee Beaman, 45, of Coatesville, passed away Saturday, January 16, 2021, at her residence surrounded by her family. Latanya was born in Greencastle on September 7, 1975, the daughter of Donald and Carol (Short) Phelps, and was a graduate of South Putnam High School. Mrs. Beaman worked as a Fork Truck Driver for 10 years with IAC. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Julie, Becky and Amanda of Putnam County Oncology for their excellent care. Survivors include her mother; her husband, Marc Beaman; five children, Stacy Smith, Kaylee Richardson, Dillon Beaman, Isaiah Richardson, and Haley Beaman; two sisters, Angie Lane, (husband-Artis),and Lana Phelps; a brother Don Phelps, (wife-Roxann); and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father; a son, Jacob Lyon; a brother Jeremy Phelps; and her grandmother, Christine Mason. A memorial service will be held by the family at a later date.
