Mildred "Chicky" Jean Stevens

Mildred Jean “Chicky” Moore Stevens, 73, of Greencastle, passed away on Monday, September 3, 2018. She was born February 28, 1945 in Greencastle, the daughter of Fred and Mildred (Gorham) Clodfelter. Chicky was a homemaker and had owned and operated the Ole Topper Tavern. She was a member of the Moose Lodge and Eagles Lodge, Greencastle. She is survived by her children, Lonnie C. (wife, Debra) Davis, Debbie Davis, and Darla (husband,Vaden) Bullock; brothers, Fred (wife,Sherri) Clodfelter and Butch (wife, Julie) Gorham; sister, Barbara (husband, Butch) Alexander; grandchildren, Tina (husband, Stevie) Williams, Carollea (husband Joel) Kilgore, Tamela Davis and Jared Bullock; and two great grandchildren, Trinity Davis and Weiland Kilgore. She was preceded in death by her parents; husbands, Tom Stevens and Dave Moore; and a brother, Dean Clodfelter. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, September 8, 2018 at the Hopkins-Rector Funeral Home. The family will receive friends from 12:00 noon on Saturday until time of service at the funeral home. Private graveside services will be held at a later date.
