Pamela L. (Sims) Evens, born July 19, 1951 in Greencastle, IN to Maurice F. Sims & Norma J. (Keyt) Russell died October 6, 2021. She was a 1969 Bainbridge High School graduate & was a licensed Cosmetologist. She is survived by her daughter Jill & family, brother, Randy & family, sister, Cindy & family as well as many other extended family. Hopkins & Rector assisted with arraignments.
